22+ Hours: Medication Management, the caregiver role and service plans.

Must pass the State Board Test through D&S Diversified Technology with a 75% score or greater.

It's a program for all those who already have the CNA certification and would like to acquire the Certified Caregiver certification.

Requisites:


  • Same requirements as Caregiving Certification. *See information above.
  • CNA Certificate.
  • Valid CNA License. 
  • 17 years of age.
  • Must possess proficient skills to be able to write,  read and speak English.
  • High school diploma, GED or ATAZ entrance test.
  • Maricopa County Food Handler's Card.


Requirements:
  • Legal employment status in the USA
  • SS Card
  • DPS Finger Print Card
  • 17 years of age
  • Food Handlers Card
  • CPR for the professional 
  • First Aid

  • $799.00 tuition & a
  • ​$250.00 enrollment fee.



A Caregiver Student with a Fully Paid Tuition will Receive the Following:


  • A scrub top
  • Caregiver booklet
  • Handouts, quizes and school tests.​​
